SHW cares about the environment. Your belongings need packing. The materials used are mostly based on wood (cardboard,paper,boxes). As there is no acceptable alternative – at least not for the moment – we have decided to replace the ‘raw material’ used for packing by planting a tree per move. We have chosen a project in Ecuador, as part of a programme of reforesting the Amazon basin.

To authenticate the sponsorship of your ‘Capuli’ (a variety of tree local to Ecuador), each mover will receive a certificate designed by a local artist.
